Our role: we are a sourcing and export supply business, not a manufacturer. We quote, contract with you, and arrange production and shipment; the couplers are made by a factory we select in the Cangzhou cluster. We are still setting up the export side of the business, so for each order the contracting party and the payment route are confirmed in writing, on the proforma invoice (PI) or contract, before you pay anything.
There is no published stock, price list, minimum order quantity, sample timetable or lead time. Each of these is quoted for the specific enquiry.
Start with a specification
Use the enquiry form to list the coupler, standard edition, applicable type and class, finish, quantity and destination. For a mixed order, list the requirements for each item separately. Name the reports or documents you need and any sample or inspection request.
We reply within two working days with any missing specification details and the next step. A quotation follows once we have selected a factory and checked its documents.
How we select and check a factory
We select a factory in the Cangzhou cluster for the item you specify. Before we quote, we check that factory's type-test report for the item and the standard edition you name, and its export record. Our factory relationships are still being built; if we cannot find a factory whose documents match your specification, we will say so rather than quote.
How your enquiry is handled: your enquiry comes to us, not to a factory. To prepare a quotation we share the technical specification and quantities with the factories we approach. We do not pass your name, company or contact details to a factory unless you agree to it.
Our quotation
The quotation comes from us, in writing. It states the item specification, minimum order quantity (MOQ), packing, price basis and delivery term, validity and lead-time basis for your enquiry. We have no verified cluster-wide MOQ or lead-time range to publish.
If you request an FOB quotation, name the port. For another delivery term, name the place; the quotation will state what the price includes.
Samples
If you want samples, the sample specification, charge, freight and whether any charge is credited against a later order are agreed in writing before you pay for them. No free sample or fixed dispatch time is promised.
Payment
Payment method, currency and milestones are set out on the PI or contract for the order. While our export operation is being set up, export documents and payment collection may be handled through a licensed export service agent; if so, the PI or contract names it. Pay only the beneficiary named on the signed PI or contract, and confirm any change of bank details with us by a second channel before paying.
Inspection before loading
The pre-shipment inspection plan — who inspects (for example a third-party inspector you appoint), the scope, the acceptance criteria and who pays — is agreed in writing on the PI or contract before production starts. Load values come from the factory's type-test report and the standard; we do not test or certify couplers ourselves.
Non-conforming goods
How a specification mismatch, shortage or defect is handled — rejection, rework, replacement or refund, the costs and the time limits — is set out on the PI or contract before you pay. If an inspection or delivery reveals a problem, send us the report, photographs and order reference in writing.
What the guides are for
Our guides support specification research; they do not approve a scaffold design or certify a product. See the site terms.
