The site is static HTML served through Cloudflare. Cloudflare records standard server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) for security and performance; we do not run advertising trackers. If we add analytics, it will be a privacy-preserving service that does not use cookies, and this notice will be updated.
Quote requests
When you submit the quote form, Web3Forms processes the submitted fields and delivers the enquiry to our email inbox. These fields include your name, company, email, optional telephone number, destination and specification. Emailing us directly bypasses Web3Forms. We use enquiry information to respond to your request; we do not sell or rent it.
If you message us on WhatsApp or WeChat, the message and your account details are processed by that service under its own terms, and we treat what you send like an emailed enquiry.
How your enquiry is handled: your enquiry comes to us, not to a factory. To prepare a quotation we share the technical specification and quantities with the factories we approach. We do not pass your name, company or contact details to a factory unless you agree to it.
Retention and deletion
Enquiries in our own records are kept for up to 24 months for follow-up on quotations and orders, then deleted; records of a completed order may need to be kept longer for accounting and export documents. This period does not describe retention by Web3Forms or other service providers. Email quotes@scaffoldcoupler.com to request correction or deletion.

Who is responsible: the site is run by Ethan, based in Chengdu, China. The company that will trade under this name is being registered; its legal name and address will be added to this notice when registration is complete. We do not claim that the providers' retention periods or processing locations match our own.
