Who runs this site
ScaffoldCoupler.com is run by Ethan, based in Chengdu, China. The company that will trade under this name is being registered; its legal name and address will be added here when registration is complete. Contact: quotes@scaffoldcoupler.com.
Our role: we are a sourcing and export supply business, not a manufacturer. We quote, contract with you, and arrange production and shipment; the couplers are made by a factory we select in the Cangzhou cluster. We are still setting up the export side of the business, so for each order the contracting party and the payment route are confirmed in writing, on the proforma invoice (PI) or contract, before you pay anything.
Technical information on this site
The guides summarise published standards, safety-authority guidance and manufacturer test reports, and name the source for each figure. They are general reference information, not engineering advice. They do not approve a scaffold design, certify a product or replace the standard itself, and load figures quoted from type tests are characteristic values, not safe working loads.
Check every requirement against the current edition of the standard, your scaffold design and the certificate supplied with the couplers you receive. Standards are revised and we may make mistakes: if you find an error, tell us and we will publish a dated correction on the guide.
Quotations and orders
Nothing on this website is an offer to sell. A sale is made only by a written PI or contract issued for that order. That document sets out the contracting parties, the goods and specification, price and delivery term, payment, inspection, the handling of non-conforming goods, liability and the applicable law for the order. Where it differs from this website, the PI or contract applies.
How to order explains the steps that lead to a PI or contract.
